An increasing number of campers are making their way to Windsor Fair every year. Please be sure to review the camping rules prior to applying for a campsite. Our lot is adjacent to the Fairgrounds with the walk-through gate (Gate 4) being no more than a 5-minute walk from most anywhere in the campground. We have approximately 250 sites available.
We no longer accept site requests via telephone or text due to too many “no shows”. A clear picture of a fully completed request form via text is acceptable.
Our office on the grounds is not staffed until a few days before the fair starts and during the Fair itself.
The site request is available to complete and submit below. When submitted here, it is transmitted to our new email (wfcamping@gmail.com). The form can also be downloaded and printed and then mailed directly to us at the address listed on the form. If you need a form but do not have a printer, we will mail one to you upon request. Please leave a detailed message if we are not available. We will send an invoice for the amount due via e-mail or postal mail.
